I’m excited to be joining the team at Toronto Veterinary Rehabilitation Centre!
After completing my Veterinary Technician program at Seneca College, I was introduced to veterinary rehabilitation thanks to my own dog Harley after his TPLO surgeries. The experience of going through his recovery and rehabilitation inspired me to go back to school to complete my graduate certificate in Companion Animal Physical Rehabilitation at Northern College.
Since graduating, I moved out west to Victoria and have had the opportunity to practice rehabilitation in general practice and in a referral hospital setting. I really enjoy the experience of seeing patients and their humans through the recovery process. I love working with orthopedic and neurological cases, but I always have a soft spot for geriatric patients.
As a client with a senior pet, I have seen firsthand the excellent care that TVRC provides to their patients and clients. I’m looking forward to being a part of the team to help with their mission of decreasing pain and increasing mobility for all pets.
